Mediterranean Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 package ground lamb
  • 1 T cumin
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1 T fresh chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 t sea salt
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1 T lemon zest
  • 1/4 chopped white onion
  • 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 t pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients together by hand in a glass bowl.

  3. Form 1.5 inch balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
